Caring for our own well-being is always an important task for any Christian, and shouldn't be overlooked during this season, or any other. We care for ourselves not because we seek to be self-indulgent, but so that we can serve others and worship God to the best of our ability. We can only do this effectively if we pay attention to our well-being.
